Resignation of Director

Sagentia (AIM:SAG.L) announces that Daniel Flicos, Commercial Director, will be leaving the business and resigning as a director of the Group effective from 31st October 2009.

Chris Masters, Chairman of Sagentia Group PLC, said:

"I would like to thank Dan for his immense contribution to the Group over the years and the focus that he has recently brought to Sagentia. During the last seven months he has played a pivotal role in guiding the Company through what has been a difficult and challenging time for which we are all extremely grateful.
