Replacement Announcement - Compel Group Plc.
This announcement replaces the SAR - Compel Group Plc announcement released at
10.32 this morning under RNS number 4569H. The previous announcement has been
withdrawn in its entirety as this disclosure was not required. The purchase
referred to was part of an in-specie transfer and hence matched by an equal sale
of shares. Schroders plc's holding in Compel Group plc remains unchanged.
