Re Michael Dobson's acceptance of invitation with regards to option over
Schroders Non-Voting Shares
Pursuant to his appointment as Chief Executive of Schroders plc, Michael
Dobson today accepted an invitation to take up an option over 500,000
Non-Voting Shares under the rules of the Schroders Share Option Plan 2000.
