In compliance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 and Chapter 16 of the
Listing Rules, we hereby advise you that the Company has been informed that a
non-executive Director, Mr W.I.M. Turner, today sold his beneficial holding of
250,000 non-voting ordinary shares at a price of £10.14 per share.

The shares were purchased at the same price by the Schroders Employee Benefit
Trust of which certain Directors are potential beneficiaries.
