Annual Report and Accounts and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that copies of its 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 the documents will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  

The 2017 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.schroders.com/ir or hard copies of these documents can be obtained free of charge on request from the Company Secretary, Schroders plc, 31 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QA.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 26 April 2018 at 31 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QA at 11.30 a.m.
