Interim Dividend

For the Year Ending 30 September 2014

The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company") have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 2.50p net per share for the year ending 30 September 2014 as follows:

Ex-dividend date:                                   4 June 2014

Record date:                                          6 June 2014

Payment date:                                       31 July 2014

Dividend per share:                               2.50p net

A final dividend for the year ending 30 September 2014 will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting, as in previous years.
