Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement released earlier today regarding the publication of a circular and prospectus the Company notes that due to a typographical error the information set out in section 7.2 of part 9 on page 101 regarding the intention of David Warr to subscribe for New Shares pursuant to the placing is incorrect. David Warr has indicated to the Company that he intends to subscribe for 100,000 New Shares pursuant to the Initial Placing and Offer.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the Prospectus issued by the Company dated 20 March 2014.
