Voting rights and capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited (the Company) would like to notify the
market of the following:

Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited's capital consists of 353,560,000
ordinary shares each with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary
shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company
is 353,560,000.

The above figure of 353,560,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
