CHANGE OF NAME TO SCHRODER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST LIMITED

At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 March 2012 shareholders passed a resolution to change the Company's name from Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited to Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited.  A copy of the Special Resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.  The Board is also pleased to announce that the filing requirements in relation to the change of name have completed. The Company's TIDM ('ticker') on the LSE will change from IFD to SREI. The Company's ISIN will remain unchanged as GB00B01HM147. The Company's secondary listing on CISX will retain the Mnemonic ('ticker') IFP.

The Company's website address will be amended to reflect the change of name to Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited. The updated details of the Company are currently available on the existing Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited website (www.ifpt.co.uk).  The new website which is currently under construction is expected to be completed shortly.

All share certificates in Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited will remain valid. As and when transactions take place on shareholdings, share certificates will then be issued in the new name of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited.
