following the conversion of the C Share issue on 11 August 2005 to Ordinary
Shares, the shareholding of Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited has
reduced from 42.31% to 31.11% of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Clerical Medical continues to hold 110,000,000 of the Ordinary Shares of the
Company in issue. The total number of Ordinary Shares issued by the Company
amount to 353,560,000.
