Announcement of NAV and fourth interim dividend

Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited is pleased to announce a Net Asset
Value of 106.4 pence per share as at 31 March 2005 and a fourth interim dividend
payment of 1.6875 pence per share in respect of the period 1 April 2005 to 30
June 2005.

The dividend payment will be made on 12 August 2005 to shareholders on the
register on 29 July 2005. The ex-dividend date will be 27 July 2005.
