In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Insight Foundation Property Trust
Limited announces that Mr David Warr, a non-executive director, has informed the
company that he has joined the Board of Marwyn Value Investors II Limited, which
has been listed on AIM and the UK Select Trust Limited which is listed on the
London Stock Exchange.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Warr.
