In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Insight Foundation Property Trust
Limited announces that Mr John Frederiksen, a non-executive director, has
informed the Company that he has joined the Board of Invista European Real
Estate Trust SICAF, which was listed on London Stock Exchange on 20 December 
2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Frederiksen.
