CHANGE OF NAME


The Directors of Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited are pleased to
announce that following the Special Resolution passed at the EGM on 19 December
2006, the change of name certificate was issued on 12 January 2007. Therefore
the name of the Company has been changed to Invista Foundation Property Trust
Limited with effect from 12 January 2007.
