Announcement re Investment Manager
The Board of Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited (the Company) announces that it has terminated discussions with Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings PLC (Invista) about the possible acquisition, with Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF and certain members of management, of some of the business of the Company's manager, Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited (IREIM).
The Company's assets will, for the time being, continue to be managed by IREIM under the terms of the existing Investment Management Agreement (the IMA). The Board has received assurances from Invista regarding the continuing quality of the investment management services to be provided under the terms of the IMA with IREIM. At the same time, the Board is reviewing how its assets can best be managed for the longer term.
