                             FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND
                       FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2007

The Directors of the Company have declared the payment of a first interim
dividend of 2.25 pence per share for the year ending 31 August 2007 on the
Ordinary Shares of the Company.

This dividend covers the six-month period to 28 February 2007 and the second
interim dividend, expected to be declared in September 2007, will cover the
six-month period from 1 March to 31 August 2007.

This first interim dividend represents the same annualised rate of 4.5 pence per
share that was paid in respect of the 13 month period to 31 August 2006.
