Mr Christopher Sherwell, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that
Saltus European Debt Strategies Limited, of which he is also a non-executive
director, has been admitted to the UK Listing Authority's Official List and
started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 20 June 2007.
