First Interim Dividend

For the year ending 31 August 2016

The year in respect of which the dividend is being paid as stated in announcement RNS number 1693J released on 15 December 2015 was incorrect, and should have stated 31 August 2016. The full text of the corrected announcement is set out below.

The Directors of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") have declared the payment of a first interim dividend of 2.00p net per share for the year ending 31 August 2016.
