Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Mrs Bridget Guerin, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Charles Stanley Group PLC with effect from 3 September 2012.
