As at 31 July 2012, Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc's capital consists of 155,015,026 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights.  The Company has no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc is 155,015,026.
