Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

As a consequence of the travel restrictions imposed due to the ash from the Icelandic volcano the Annual General Meeting of the Company, was opened today at 12.30 pm and then adjourned. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will now be held at the new time and date of 12 noon on Thursday 13 May 2010.

The adjourned meeting will be held at the same location, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE.

The deadline for the return of forms of proxy has been extended to 12 noon on 11 May 2010.
