that following a purchase of 450,000 shares on 12 March 2002, British Empire
Securities Plc, has increased its beneficial interest in the Company to
4,525,000 ordinary shares. The holding, which are registered in the name of
Chase Nominees Limited, represent 3.25% of the Company's 139,195,505 ordinary
10p shares in issue.
