Final Dividend

For The Year EndED 30 September 2021

The Directors of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 9.70p per share for the year ended 30 September 2021. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 1 February 2022, the dividend will be paid on 7 February 2022.
