Final Dividend

For The Year EndED 30 September 2014

The Directors of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 2.75p per share for the year ended 30 September 2014.  Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 28 January 2015, the dividend will be paid on 2 February 2015.
