Final Dividend

For The Year EndED 30 September 2010

The Directors of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 2.65p net per share for the year ended 30 September 2010.  Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 31 January 2011, the dividend will be paid on 2 February 2011.
