Scholium Group is pleased to announce that yesterday it posted copies of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 to its shareholders.  A Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was included.  The AGM will be held at 32 St. George Street, London W1S 2EA on Wednesday, 26 September 2018 at 10:30 a.m.
