The Company was notified on 9 March 2007 by Legal & General Group plc ('L&G')
that the shareholder Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited 
('PMC'), in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services
Authority in accordance with Transparency Rule 1, acquired 557,774 shares on 7
March 2007. This gave a total interest of 5,275,141  ordinary shares
representing 4% of the issued share capital of the Company. All of these shares
are held directly.
