Savills plc announces that it received notice on 26 March 2013 from Oaktree Capital Management L.P / Amherst S.A.R.L., in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that following the disposal of 7,771,054 shares the interest of Oaktree Capital Management L.P. / Amherst S.A.R.L. in Savills plc shares has fallen below 3% and it no longer has a shareholding in the Company.

As at 26 March 2013, the Company has 133,486,097 ordinary shares, which is equal to the same number of voting rights.
