TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares


The Company received notice on 21 November 2007 from Standard Life Investments
Limited, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services
Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it
acquired 1,336,074 shares on 20 November 2007.  This latest transaction gives a
total interest of 21,124,193 ordinary shares representing 16.02% of the issued
share capital of the Company.  The controlled undertaking through which the
voting rights are effectively held is Standard Life Investments Limited.
