TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company received notice on 13 August 2007 from Standard Life Investments Ltd
that the shareholder Vidacos Nominees, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed
by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and
Transparency Rule 5, acquired 635,419 shares on 9 August 2007. This latest 
acquisition gave a total interest of 18,885,124 ordinary shares representing 
14.331% of the issued share capital of the Company. All of these shares are 
held directly.
