NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trustee') has
made the following purchases of Savills plc ordinary shares of 5p each:

60,000 shares purchased at 422p per share on 21 September 2004

65,000 shares purchased at 420p per share on 22 September 2004

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors
of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee has
increased to 3,142,785 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.12% of the
Company's issued share capital.
