Savills plc announces that, on 15 March 2004, awards were made under The Savills
Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('the Plan').  As part of their bonus arrangements,
recipients under the Plan are granted an award of fully paid ordinary shares in
Savills plc, with deferred vesting.  This year's award will vest on 15 March
2009.  The following Directors of Savills plc have awards this year under the
