NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS


The Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trustee') has
today notified the Company that on 20 November 2007 it purchased 40,000 Savills
plc ordinary shares of 21/2p each at 297.9p per share.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors
of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee has
increased to 11,077,834 (allocated and unallocated) ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 8.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
