Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
Second Advance Value Realisation Company Limited announces that at
the EGM held earlier today, the resolution to wind up the Company and
to appoint Jeremy Simon Spratt and Finbarr O'Connell, both of KPMG
LLP as liquidators was passed.
The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended pending their
cancellation, which is expected to take place on 30 June 2005.
