The Company announces that a notice has been sent to its shareholders to convene its Annual General Meeting which is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 12 December 2012 at the offices of Merchant Securities Limited, 51-55 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7EL.

A copy of the notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website www.sareum.co.uk shortly in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
