Availability of Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 30 June 2011 released on 26 September 2011, the Company announces that the report and accounts are now available on the Company's website www.sareum.co.uk. Copies of the report and accounts have been posted today to those shareholders that requested hard copies.

A notice of annual general meeting has been sent to all shareholders. The Company's annual general meeting has been convened for 10.00am on 14 December 2011.
