Sareum Holdings plc ("Sareum" or the "Company")



Placing of shares



Application has been made for the admission of 25,947,713 shares to trading on
AIM with admission expected to take place on 21 November 2007.



The shares have been issued pursuant to the placing announced on 22 October

2007. As announced on 24 October 2007, the Company intended to issue these
placing shares subject to approval by shareholders which was granted at the
annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today.



Following the issue of these shares, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 572,752,824 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.025p each ('Ordinary
Shares'), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in
Treasury.
