sold 3,000,000 Sareum Ordinary Shares  and on 7 November 2005 sold 9,498,800
Sareum Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.25 pence per share. Zyzygy plc now holds
40,000,000 Sareum Ordinary Shares representing 11.5 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
