sale  of  7,000,000 ordinary  shares  in  the  capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares")  on  1 September  2010, Mr  and  Mrs  Leonard  Licht  hold  a  total of
47,500,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.72 per cent. of the Company's voting
share capital.
