                                 Trading Update

Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, is
pleased to provide the following update on trading in advance of its preliminary
results for the year ended 31 January 2007.

The strong performance at the start of the second half, which was reported at
the time of our first half results, continued into our key autumn selling period
and on to the year end. As a result it is expected that full year profits will
be ahead of market expectations.

The preliminary results for the year ended 31 January 2007 will be announced by
mid-April 2007.
