Further to a letter dated 18 November 2005 the Company was informed that on 17
November 2005 The Union Discount Company of London Limited sold 2,900,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company.

Following this transaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns
a total of 8,880,728 ordinary shares, representing approximately 15.05% of the
share capital of the Company.
