                            Substantial Shareholding


Further to a letter dated 17 November 2005 the Company was informed that on 16
November 2005 The Union Discount Company of London Limited sold 5,900,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company. The shares were sold at a price of 16
pence per share.


Following this transaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns
a total of 11,780,728 ordinary shares, representing approximately 19.96% of the
share capital of the Company.
