                                 Result of AGM

Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were
duly passed, including Resolution Four, which was the adoption of a Long-Term
Incentive Plan (LTIP).
