                                 Result of AGM

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
held its AGM in London today. The results of resolutions 6 and 7, which were
taken on a poll, are set out below.
