                            Pre-close Trading Update



Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), whose international fabric and wallpaper brands
include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, is pleased to announce an
update on trading in advance of its preliminary results for the year ending 31
January 2008.



As highlighted in our interim results, the pace of progress in the first half
positioned the Group a year ahead of internal projections. This strong
first-half performance has continued in the second half, producing full year
sales of at least £62 million, representing annual growth of more than 14 per
cent. It is expected that full year earnings will be ahead of the consensus of
analysts' expectations.



The preliminary results for the year to 31 January 2008 will be announced by mid
April 2008.
