                    Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Further to a letter dated 28 November 2005, the Company was informed that
following a purchase of shares on 25 November 2005 Promethean Investments Fund
LP holds 8,880,728 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company, representing 15.05 per
cent of the Company's issued share capital. The ultimate beneficiary of
Promethean Investments Fund LP is Promethean plc.
