Notification of Interim Results


Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended July 31 2006 on
Tuesday 3 October 2006.


An analysts' briefing will be held at 10.00am on the day of the announcement at
