                            Director Share Purchase


Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, has
been notified that Charles Gray, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 23 December 2005 at a price of
19.25p per share.


Mr Gray's resultant shareholding is 60,000 shares, equivalent to 0.10 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
