Re:  Board Changes

The following appointments to and resignation from the Board of Directors of
Walker Greenbank PLC were made on 28th March 2001 with immediate effect.

Mr David Medcalf has been appointed as a Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Peter Harkness has been appointed as a non-executive Director.

Mr Philip Cadle and Mr Philip Billington have both resigned from their positions
as directors of the company.
