Annual Report and AGM Notice

Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2011 and Notice of Annual General meeting (AGM) are being posted to shareholders today.

Walker Greenbank's AGM will be held at 11am on 22 June 2011 at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

A copy of the Notice  of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from the registered office of the Company together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2011. These documents can also be viewed at the Investors section of the Company's website, www.walkergreenbank.com.
